"Responsibilities: 1) To ensure preventive maintenance & update maintenance checklist for all facilities systems are carried out according to schedule as routine job. 2) To handle basic miscellaneous facilities repairs, install and maintenance. 3) To ensure and monitor at all facility system operations & uptime. 4) To support and monitor in any improvement projects and new projects. 5) To support and monitor renovation, upgrading & equipment hook up installation work and ensure on-time delivery as per contract requirements. 6) To troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly. Under urgent cases, the technician shall be required to work outside normal hours. 7) To ensure all tools, equipment, consumable items and spare parts are properly stored, cleaned and handled based on First-in-First-out basis. 8) To ensure facility systems and working environment are compliant to EHS requirement. 9) To support shuttle services based on schedule. 10) To perform ad-hoc duties whenever assigned by the superior."
