A. Education & Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in warehouse management or inventory control are an added advantage. B. Experience: - Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry. - Experience with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is highly preferred. C. Skills & Knowledge: - Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. - Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock rotation methods (e.g., FIFO, FEFO). - Familiar with raw material and finished goods handling in a food production environment. - Good planning and organizational skills with attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. D. Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. - Experience using warehouse or ERP systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, or other inventory software) is a plus. - Basic understanding of stocktake procedures and discrepancy reporting. E. Other Requirements: - Able to lead and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operations. - Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Willing to work on shifts or weekends when required. - Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the warehouse
