A. Education & Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field. B. Experience: 1. 1–2 years of experience in quality control or assurance in the food manufacturing industry is preferred. 2. Fresh graduates with strong food safety knowledge are encouraged to apply. C. Knowledge & Skills: 1. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000. 2. Familiar with sampling methods, visual inspections, and quality testing procedures. 3. Ability to conduct in-process and finished product inspections. 4. Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation practices in food production. D. Technical Abilities: 1. Able to handle simple lab equipment such as pH meters, moisture analyzers, and thermometers (training can be provided). 2. Competent in documenting inspection results, non-conformance reports, and maintaining QC records. 3. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting (Excel, Word). E. Other Requirements: 1. High attention to detail and accuracy. 2. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently. 3. Willing to work in production environments and conduct inspections across various stages. 4. Able to work on shifts, weekends, or overtime if required. 5. Strong communication skills to liaise with production, warehouse, and QA teams.
