Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our projects range of different sectors and types as we offer full suite services that includes consultation, interior designing, renovation, site visits and measurement, building and service works with a complete furniture fitting packages. About this role As a quantity surveyor you will be responsible for helping to estimate costs, quantities, and project timelines and providing this information to clients. You will be liasing with a variety of other teams and helping to keep a project on track. Ensure projects progress efficiently, affordably and safely by assisting in Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process and preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Job Responsibility Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material to achieve project timeframe Liaising with clients to identify their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility (Draw up projected budgets and writing reports) Note any design changes and their effect on costings Assigning work to subcontractors (designer, etc) Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings Submitting regular budget reports Undertake any and all other ad hoc duties and responsibilities given by the company director Job Requirements Degree in Land Surveying (Ukur Tanah) / Geomatic Science / Quantity Surveying or equivalent Minimum 3+ years knowledge and experience gained from the building, renovation and/or construction industry Strong Mathematical knowledge and understanding of engineering science & technology Attention to fine details and analytical thinking skills Ability to use your initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to withstand work pressure and multitask Good time management quality as well as a good team player Why join us Birthday Meal Medical Benefits Car Mileage claims Paid annual company trips Commission / Incentives
