Job Description
- Assisting customer needs and queries regarding orders, deliveries and other related tasks via call, email, chat etc
- To communicate clearly with correct information to customers and partners to ensure smooth work process
Job Requirements
- Must be available throughout the entire M’day period, from 2nd till 12th May 2025
- Own laptop & head set (must be able to operate properly)
- Able to understand and speaks both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience (those with no CS experience is fine, age below 35 is preferrable)
- Required to work on site

- Training will be provided
- There will be a schedule provided for everyone to make sure the part timers don’t overwork, rest day is considered unpaid, NO CUSTOMIZATION IS ALLOWED)
- Pay rate: RM 100 - 140 per day (depends on skills and experience)
- Working hours: 9am-6pm
- Work location: LTG Warehouse, PJS7 Bandar Sunway

Pay: RM100.00 - RM140.00 per day
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
