1. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage student registration, enrollment, and class scheduling.
  • Maintain and update student records and attendance.
  • Handle inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare invoices and manage fee collection.
  • Assist in creating timetables for tutors and students.

2. Communication & Customer Service:

  • Act as the main point of contact for students, parents, and tutors.
  • Provide parents with updates on students’ progress and important announcements.
  • Handle complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

3. Tutor & Staff Support:

  • Assist tutors with administrative tasks such as printing materials and preparing classrooms.
  • Coordinate substitute tutors when necessary.
  • Ensure that teaching materials and supplies are available.

4. Centre Operations & Maintenance:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of classrooms and office spaces.
  • Handle purchases of office supplies and learning materials.
  • Assist in organizing events such as open days, exams, and workshops.

5. Basic Financial & Record Keeping:

  • Collect and record tuition fees and issue receipts.
  • Keep track of expenses and petty cash.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports if required.

Pay: RM8.00 - RM10.00 per hour
