1. Administrative Duties:
- Manage student registration, enrollment, and class scheduling.
- Maintain and update student records and attendance.
- Handle inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, or in person.
- Prepare invoices and manage fee collection.
- Assist in creating timetables for tutors and students.
2. Communication & Customer Service:
- Act as the main point of contact for students, parents, and tutors.
- Provide parents with updates on students’ progress and important announcements.
- Handle complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
3. Tutor & Staff Support:
- Assist tutors with administrative tasks such as printing materials and preparing classrooms.
- Coordinate substitute tutors when necessary.
- Ensure that teaching materials and supplies are available.
4. Centre Operations & Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of classrooms and office spaces.
- Handle purchases of office supplies and learning materials.
- Assist in organizing events such as open days, exams, and workshops.
5. Basic Financial & Record Keeping:
- Collect and record tuition fees and issue receipts.
- Keep track of expenses and petty cash.
- Assist in preparing financial reports if required.
