Job Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage communication with recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates
- Facilitate the offer process, background checks, and onboarding arrangements
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:
- Having at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience/Background in handling IT roles is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
