  • University Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production support with hands-on programming experience.
  • During Project Phase :
  • Work closely with developers to identify and resolve application issues
  • Assist in deploying application updates to SIT, UAT, production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform pre- and post-deployment checks to ensure successful releases
  • Level 1 support for any system level issues reported during project phase.
  • Analyze system logs and error messages to diagnose technical issues
  • Utilize debugging tools to pinpoint the root cause of application problems
  • Provide support during project SIT, UAT and Production cutover tasks
  • Configuration management, deployment support, and collaborating with development teams to streamline the application lifecycle;
  • Post Live
  • Involved in development of any post live enhancements and CRs driven by Business.
  • Translates client requirements into application features and ensures the timely delivery of fully functional software applications
  • Ensure the installation procedure is completely understood & properly applied.
  • Monitoring application health, incident management, automation of support tasks, root cause analysis,
  • Configuration management, deployment support, and collaborating with development teams to streamline the application lifecycle;
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
  • Plan, test, and drive execution of system contingency for Production systems to ensure availability.
  • Problem Solving & Analytics. - Understand and drive impact analysis to identify the root cause of production issues.
  • Understanding for change management and Incident / Problem Management processes.
  • Perform checks, maintain logs, generate reports, and produce documentation.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with various IT and business teams
  • Ensure process compliance in all operations, participate in regular audit exercises.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
