  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Safety

  • Monitors safety work and ergonomics conditions of all personnel working under him/her. Implements improvement plans to reduce safety/ergonomic hazards and controls their adherence to by personnel.

Quality

  • Understands vehicle quality standards and ensures quality of assembles vehicles. Implements and monitors efficiency of in- built quality system in production.
  • Implements TJI system (Toyota Job Instruction) for operator training and Skills Matrix to monitors operator training efficiency.
  • Implements and monitors efficiency of operator Kaizen procedure (Continuous Improvement).
  • Implements and monitors efficiency of 5S system.
  • Organizes and monitors efficiency of operator weekly Quality Circles events.
  • Implements and monitors efficiency of Process Confirmation procedure on assembly line.

Delivery

  • Plans, organizes and monitors production operations to ensure vehicles delivery in the right quantity, good quality,on time.
  • Assesses the need in and orders resources required to meet production plans, including Men/Machine/Material/Method (4M), takes necessary actions to ensure adequate resource is available.
  • Demonstrates and improves his/her Problem-Solving skills.
  • Works autonomously in most situations with only general guidance and reliance on the Company Lean Standards.
  • Organizes and monitors on-line vehicle repair.
  • Organizes and monitors off-line vehicle repair at Long/Short Repair stations.
  • Develops/improves Operator Standard Work Instructions: WSS (Work Sequence Sheet) and WIS (Work Instruction Sheet).
  • Develops production department personnel. Ensures personnel skills meet required qualifications for their jobs and tasks. Understands personnel training needs and initiates training via HR or organizes training in-house. Is a trainer himself/herself.
  • Understands production equipment design and functionality.
  • Monitors and improves equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTBR (Mean Time Between Repair) in coordination with R&D Department.
  • Implements and monitors efficiency of Operator TPM procedure (Total Productive Maintenance).

Cost

  • Coordinates and monitors resources are used at the most efficient way possible, to minimize costs and manhours per hour. Monitors productivity rates.
  • Implements and monitors efficiency of Yamazumi Charts and Work Balance Charts.
  • Estimates, negotiates and agrees production operations budget with Plant General Manager and Finance Manager.
  • Monitors production variable and fixed overhead costs. Develops and implements cost reduction plans.

Morale

  • Monitors absenteeism and implements improvement plans for its reduction.
  • Demonstrates and improves his/her Leadership Behaviours.
  • Understands the Company objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinates daily activities with other departments of the Company to implement the company’s policies and procedures.

Environment

  • Monitors production waste and power/water consumption rates. Develops and implements plans for their reduction.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degrees in engineering or related areas.
  • 2+ years of managerial job in production or other technical areas
  • English proficiency: Intermediate+
  • Computer proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
