Job Scope:
- Diploma of Admin/ Management/Account or a related field is essential.
- Able to start on April 2025 - May 2025
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirement:
- Maintain and update filing systems including physical and digital records, books, and documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment records.
- Prepare payment vouchers, issue receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, basic budgets, and summaries for review by the Finance or Accounts department.
- Handle petty cash management, reimbursement tracking, and employee expense claims.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and banks on basic finance-related matters when required.
