HIRING NOW: FINANCE EXECUTIVES (3 POSITIONS)
Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya (near MRT Kota Damansara)
Start Date: Immediate | Full-Time

We are looking for three versatile and detail-oriented Finance Executives to strengthen our Finance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are experienced in both financial operations and administrative support, with strong ownership over finance workflows, client coordination, and internal reporting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and online transfers.
  • Record company expenses, client payments, and maintain transaction listings.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support forecasting & cash flow monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and consolidation of account groups.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of statutory requirements (e.g. SST, LHDN, audit matters).

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with clients regarding payment, SOA (Statement of Account), and renewals.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretary, and financial institutions.

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Monitor and respond to finance-related emails and calls.
  • Print, compile, and file payment proofs and financial documents.
  • Generate customer quotations as requested by CRM or Technical teams.
  • Support internal departments with financial documentation and assist HOD on ad-hoc matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-spectrum finance or accounting role.
  • Familiar with statutory submissions, reconciliations, and payment processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
