  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope /Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for HVAC/refrigeration products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate HVAC/refrigeration solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage a team of sales engineers or sales executives.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure consistent growth and performance.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration products, technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to stay aligned on product capabilities and improvements.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and regulations.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with project, service, and installation teams to ensure proper delivery and execution of client projects.
  • Involve in contract negotiation, proposal preparation, and technical clarifications with clients.

Sales Administration

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations, proposals, tenders, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline through CRM tools or reporting systems.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Submit regular reports to management on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related technical sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, chillers, cold rooms, VRV/VRF systems, compressors, and/or refrigeration cycles.
  • Willing to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
