  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily Airside Inspections – Perform/monitor airfield checks (runways, lighting, etc.) and review reports before submission to CAAM ATC.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with authorities (e.g., CAAM, JOPS) on operational issues, incidents, or facility updates.
  • Infrastructure Oversight – Lead technical planning and development of airside facilities to meet safety standards.
  • Regulation Enforcement – Ensure compliance by airport users with operational rules (e.g., apron management, vehicle movements).
  • Monthly Facility Audits – Conduct inspections, budget reviews, and data integrity checks for cost-effective operations.
  • Wildlife & Landscaping Control – Monitor grass cutting, fencing, and drainage to deter wildlife and maintain safety.
  • Incident Management – Report accidents (bird strikes, spills, etc.) to stakeholders, submit SRA/MOR reports, and log faults.
  • Flight & ATC Monitoring – Track flight movements for aeronautical charges and ensure uninterrupted air traffic services.
  • Certification Compliance – Lead NCR resolution and renewal of aerodrome certification to meet regulatory standards (e.g., CAD 14).
  • Documentation & SOPs – Update manuals, AIP, and SOPs; conduct compliance meetings as per aviation authority requirements.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Aviation, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in mechanical or a related role.

SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of CAAM regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and managerial abilities, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing airport policies and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations, security measures, and safety protocols.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
