  • Preferable someone with Legal background, either education or working experience;
  • Good typing skill and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
  • IT savvy as our Firm mostly using e-filling & e-Denning system
  • Someone meticulous as this position is mostly on documentation & follow up skill
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing documents;
  • Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies and related parties;
  • Monitor and follow up closely with all the files;
  • Draw up loan/ SPA documents and preparing relevant forms/ correspondence documents related with the loan / SPA;
  • To monitor loan / SPA files from the initial stage till the completion;
  • Handle matters ranging from Developers work, sub-sales & loan documentations;
  • Ensure to complete any task/ file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty;
  • Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with clients, bank officers and property agents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
