Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide relevant information and recommendations to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company’s CRM system.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to improve products, services, and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
