Position: Admin Billing Officer

Tenure: 6 months contract ONLY

Working Hour: Normal Working Hour

Salary: RM 1600 - RM 2,000

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Manage data entry and update client account information into a database system.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain physical filing systems for documents related to client accounts.
  • Organize and file cover notes, policy documents, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure compliance with all applicable Company and/or Group policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and deal with correspondence appropriately.
  • Knowledge and Experience

Requirement

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of working experience.
  • Preferably with experience in customer service or administrative experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
