  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

LOCATION:

  • PJ City

JOB SCOPE:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding Medical Takaful certificate repricing, listening attentively to their needs and questions.
  • Document all customer interactions, including questions, concerns, and resolutions, in the company’s system.
  • Make sure customer data is complete in system
  • Properly escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate personnel (supervisor) for future assistance.
  • Help customers with any questions regarding Takaful in a professional and friendly manner

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Minimum SPM (BM & SEJARAH must pass)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed - Training will be provided
  • Good at listening to customers and their questions and concerns

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary: RM1,700 - RM1,900

WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • 9 hour work day (inclusive of 1 hour break)

JOB TYPE:

  • Contract (6 months)
