  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilities:

  • To perform sales activities and ensure all sales target are met in accordance to the budget. To also adhere to all submission of sales report to the manager.
  • Attend to the enquires from walk in prospect & telephone enquires. Ensure all sales activities planned (i.e., roadshows, presentations and events) are implemented tp achieve group and individual sales target.
  • Follow up with the purchaser to prepare personal document for loan submissions to the financial institutions. Chase the financier for the loan approval, collect the Letter Offer and convince the purchaser to accept the loan by signing and returning the original letter offer to the financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in the property development industry.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to negotiate and understands marketing skills.
  • Capable to demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly discipline and good working ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
