Job Description:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing).
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Support HR and other departments with basic administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
