Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing).
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Support HR and other departments with basic administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
