  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide first line technical support for WMS and other logistics related application through email, phone and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by identify the issue, analyze system logs, debugging code, implementing solutions and monitor outcomes to ensure resolution.
  • Utilize SQL and CRUD operations for data validation and maintenance within the Database Management System (DBMS).
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing and debugging activities to ensure software quality, functionality and reliability across depolyments.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate posses Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an application support, IT Helpdesk or similar technical support role.
  • Knowledge in Software Application Support, Linux CLI command and WMS.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
