Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews, collect and organize resumes, and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.
  • Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheet and Docs, MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Minimum internship period is 3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
