Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports and other related documentations.
  • Responsible for flight booking and accommodation arrangement for business trips.
  • Perform all secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters as assigned.
  • Maintain proper filing system for smooth data retrieving.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with other departments and external parties
  • Prepare daily correspondence and other printing material
  • Organize incoming/ outgoing mail.
  • Greet and welcome to the visitors and direct them to the office personnel

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business & Administration or any other related field of studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in secretarial and administrative field.
  • Fluent language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (must).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,900.00 per month
