Sales Representative
PT. Polymindo Permata, a leading Indonesian company specializing in innovative building materials and plastic products, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Malaysia. This role is key to expanding our market presence and driving sustainable sales growth in both large-scale projects and the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Growth
· Achieve sales targets across large projects and retail markets within Malaysia.
· Client Relationship Management
· Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, distributors, and business partners.
· Market Expansion
· Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and connect with potential clients and projects.
· Negotiation & Presentation
· Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate beneficial agreements with prospective customers.
· Market Intelligence
· Gather and document insights on customer needs, project trends, and local market developments.
· Internal Coordination
· Liaise with internal teams—production, marketing, and distribution—to ensure seamless sales and delivery processes.
· Brand Representation
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional meetings throughout Malaysia.
Additional Responsibilities
· Recommend strategic approaches for targeting potential clients and new projects.
· Propose pricing strategies and manage negotiations within authorized limits.
· Build partnerships with local distributors or agents in the designated region.
· Request marketing resources and promotional materials as needed.
· Provide insights to support product development aligned with market demand.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
· Preferred Majors: Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Architecture, or similar disciplines
· Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the plastics, building materials, or manufacturing industry
Required Skills & Competencies
· Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
· In-depth understanding of building materials and construction sector
· Strong marketing acumen and market development insight
· Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
· Multilingual abilities (preferred for international engagements)
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and build a strong local network

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
