Customer Service Support Coordinator
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality customer support (24/7) via Live Chat and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and respond promptly through various communication channels including call center, social media, and web enquiries.
- Collect feedback from drivers and passengers, identify front-line issues (e.g., booking cancellations), and report to supervisors.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support business improvements such as market research, service quality audits, etc.
- Handle administrative tasks related to driver accounts (e.g., credit top-ups, profile updates).
- Support cross-department campaigns and initiatives when required.
Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000
Location: First Avenue, PJ
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in any relevant field.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Malaysian citizens or candidates with valid residency status only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to present results clearly to management and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
