  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for Restaurant Manager/Supervisor/Captain/Waiter/Runner for our few new outlet that will focus on asian and western cuisine located at Menara Ilham Kuala Lumpur. Expected launch of the restaurant will be on August onwards.

Job Descriptions:

1. Restaurant Manager

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Handle reservations, guest feedback, and complaint resolution.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for FOH supplies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for seamless service flow.
  • Assist in marketing, promotions, and events planning.

2. Supervisor/Captain

  • Lead and supervise service staff during daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor team.
  • Assist with guest seating, order taking, and service delivery.
  • Maintain high service standards and attend to guest needs promptly.
  • Handle minor guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Train and mentor new service staff.
  • Support in daily opening, closing, and cash-out procedures.

3. Waiter/Runner

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Take guest orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning down the dining area.
  • Process payments and handle cash or POS systems accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
