  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about ensuring food safety and compliance? Join our dynamic team as a Regulatory Affairs Officerand play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance for our food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the documentation and certification processes for food safety standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), ISO certifications, MESTI (Malaysian Food Safety Standard), Halal certification, and Authenticity checks.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and provide guidance on necessary updates and changes in certification requirements.
  • Prepare and submit applications for relevant certifications and renewals.
  • Monitor the regulatory landscape and ensure that the company remains compliant with local and international regulations.
  • Facilitate audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure that all required documentation and records are maintained accurately and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, MESTI, Halal, and other relevant certifications.
  • Strong understanding of food safety laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
