Job Responsibilites:

• Maintains and updates Teleport's repository of First Mile, Last Mile and End-to-End rate and cost database in a systematic manner

• Executes the timely creation distribution of Solutions/Ecommerce quotes according to agreed SLA with various stakeholders and departments ie. Solutioning, Business Development

• Performs timely and accurate reconciliation of middle-mile airfreight cost component in Teleport's Cargo Management System

• Full understanding of storage and source of all FM/LM cost components and escalate issues or missing costs to the right stakeholders to reduce quotation idle times

• Act as a liaison between Pricing and Revenue Management for the allocation of capacity and flight plans for e-Commerce shipments

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong numerical and quantitative abilities, with expertise in data analytics and a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in stakeholder management

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with dashboards

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in RM or Pricing; logistics industry experience is a plus. Experience in hospitality is also welcomed

• At least 1 year + of experience in any aspect of air cargo operations

• Strong capabilities in process design and auditing
