Responsibilities:
- Capabilities set for User Support Senior level, as well as:
- Good database knowledge with user perspective (update queries).
- Proven experience in IT Service Management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc.).
- Experience in application support (L1) and maintenance in a large, process-oriented team.
- Very good communication skills, ability to present problems and solutions in structured and clear way.
Requirements:

- Working knowledge & experience in Salesforce / CRM.
- Knowledge of relational database.
- Good in troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Snow, Service now tools and ITIL Service Operation processes.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate(Nice to have).
- Knowledge of software building process.
- At least 1 years of experience as Specialist supporting applications (analysis and providing solutions for incidents, problems and changes), preferred experience in work as second line support.
- Ability to learn quickly new technologies and business processes.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
