JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Prepare sales invoices, cash sales invoices and delivery notes (DO) for chicken eggs, layer and fertilizer (chicken dung) after all sales transaction are properly posted to Navision Accounting System by Account Executive / Account Assistant.

· Control and limit chicken eggs cash sales to farm employees according to product and quantity set by Farm Management.

· Ensure all cash sales invoice are properly filed according to different categories. Eg: chicken eggs, fertilizer (chicken dung) and layers.

· Follow up receiving or delivery notes from drivers, transporters or customers. Ensure that all sales invoices are properly filed with receiving notes and goods return note (GRN) from customers.

· Discuss and coordinate goods return handling with egg house supervisor. Report to Farm Management if goods return quantity is excess the standard set.

· Prepare cash sales summary and pass to Account Executive for verification on daily basis.

· Perform stock count when doing uploading stock.

· Supervise the sales clerk team for the relevant sales admin task.

· Other duties as deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

. Possess SPM/Diploma in any field or equivalent.

. Administrative experience is an added advantage.

. Strong-willed and attention to details.

. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
