
QUALITY CONTROL, QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Assurance (Strategy for Prevention):
· To ensure company’s quality philosophy and goals are achieved.
· To assist Production Manager for production process control related activities
· To establish clear Quality Control Guidelines for all stations and ensure the operators understand the quality requirement.
· Responsible to minimize production cost by minimizing and/or eliminating rework caused by defects.
· To ensure that customers' requirements for quality are achieved and handle customer complaint and reply Corrective Preventive Action Report (CPAR) to solve the problem.
· Review all form recorded by QC
· Inspection of stock and ensure quality before out of delivery
· Handling the scrapped (rejected) of finished goods, material, carton, plastic packaging
· Report to Management Representative (MR) when encountered quality issues
Quality Control (Strategy for Detection):
· To record daily all in-process finished goods.
· To inspect the quality of finished goods at Production and Store
· Liaise with QA when encountered quality issues
· To check the complaint finished goods Corrective Preventive Action Report(CPAR) and returned the product
To assist QA in making sure all QAQC requirement is communicated to all workstations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- QAQC: 1 year (Preferred)
