Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and attract new tenants through various channels (online, agents, walk-ins, etc.)
- Conduct property viewings and respond to leasing inquiries.
- Explain lease terms and conditions clearly to prospective tenants.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy terms
- Negotiate lease/rental terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage all leasing documentation including Letter Of Intent, Tenancy Agreements, and renewals.
- Coordinate lease handovers, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular leasing performance updates and occupancy reports to management.
- Suggest rental pricing adjustments based on market intelligence.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients.
- Address tenant queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct tenant feedback surveys and organize occasional tenant meetings
- Work closely with the property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Maintain updated lease records and database systems.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for internal auditing purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of leasing budgets and forecasts.
