Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract new tenants through various channels (online, agents, walk-ins, etc.)
  • Conduct property viewings and respond to leasing inquiries.
  • Explain lease terms and conditions clearly to prospective tenants.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy terms
  • Negotiate lease/rental terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and manage all leasing documentation including Letter Of Intent, Tenancy Agreements, and renewals.
  • Coordinate lease handovers, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.
  • Provide regular leasing performance updates and occupancy reports to management.
  • Suggest rental pricing adjustments based on market intelligence.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients.
  • Address tenant queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct tenant feedback surveys and organize occasional tenant meetings
  • Work closely with the property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure a smooth leasing process.
  • Maintain updated lease records and database systems.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for internal auditing purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of leasing budgets and forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
