Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
- Manage the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, F&B, Events, etc.) to create and implement promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Support in the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the production of digital assets, including photography, videography, and graphics, working with external agencies as necessary.
- Assist in managing media, public relations, influencer collaborations, and etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content and campaigns.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software; graphic design experience is an advantage
