  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Personal Assistant cum Social Media Executive to support the day-to-day activities of our Founder while documenting and managing content for social media platforms. This role requires someone who can follow the Founder at all times, capture photos and videos during daily routines, travels, meetings, and classes — and manage the Founder’s schedule efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:As a Personal Assistant (PA):

  • Organize and manage the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, training sessions, and travel plans.
  • Coordinate appointments and provide timely reminders.
  • Handle logistics and setup for out-of-town classes and speaking engagements.
  • Accompany the Founder during all business-related travel and assignments.

As a Social Media Executive:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of the Founder in various settings — during work, travels, events, and day-to-day activities.
  • Operate cameras (DSLR/mirrorless) or smartphones with good composition and lighting.
  • Organize and submit video/photo materials for editing and publishing.
  • Ensure all content captured aligns with the brand and storytelling style of the Founder.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones for photo and video capture.
  • Willing and available to travel frequently (including overnight/outstation).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when needed.
  • Passionate about content creation, media trends, and real-time documentation.
  • Having a valid driver’s license and own transport is an advantage.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Can do basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
  • Have experience managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Are creative and able to suggest ideas for spontaneous or planned video shoots.
