- High school diploma or equivalent; Further education or certification in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers.
- Interest in motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle products and accessories.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Computer skills and sales software.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
