  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including third-party marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company's e-commerce and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales orders and process return orders if necessary.
  • Work closely with logistics / warehouse team on orders delivery and stocks inventory.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Diploma or higher in Mass Communication/Marketing/Computer Science/ IT.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing, is a plus.
