Diploma or certificate / degree Good working attitude Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Good verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Preferable with inside sales experience Added advantages with additional language capability: Korean, Japanese etc. Responsibilities: Contact customer according to the prospect list Maintain and expand the database of prospects contact through web search Follow through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Close loop with customers on renewal agreement Understand customer needs and requirements Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control Provide quotation to customer upon customer request Obtain customer information Record customer feedback including reaction to the service offered
