Job Description As an Accounts Executive, you will manage various aspects of the company’s finances, including the general ledger, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, taxes, and audits. You will collaborate closely with auditors, manage payments, and ensure strong internal controls are maintained. - Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliation. - Assist in progress billing and claims processing - Contribute to financial fore casting and budgeting processes. - Manage and analyze project costing for accurate reporting. - Perform accurate data entry for accounts and assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports. - Oversee payments such as salary, claims, and other company-related financial disbursements. - support the department’s administrative duties, including handling the office mailbox, stationery inventory, filing, and document printing. - Monitor sales aging and ensure timely collection from customers. Assist in preparing daily and weekly cashflow reports and monthly financial summaries. - Conduct month-end closing and monthly reconciliation reports. - Coordinate with tax agents, company secretaries, and external auditors as required. - Assist in additional assignments and outside work, such as salary cash-out or ad-hoc administrative tasks. Job Requirements - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. - Skills: - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.). - Familiarity with accounting software such as ABSS or UBS is a plus. - Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical abilities. Additional Requirements: - Possess a valid driver’s license and own. - Working Days: Monday to Friday and Saturday (half day). - Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience.
