  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically-inclined Service Advisor to join our EV service team, specializing in the smart and e.MAS electric vehicle brands. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and our workshop, ensuring excellent aftersales service, clear communication, and smooth service operations for all EV maintenance and repair needs. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and accurately understand their EV-related service needs and concerns. - Open and manage job sheets and service bookings using the DMS system. - Provide professional technical advice and service recommendations, particularly for smart and e.MAS models. - Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis, timely service, and repair of electric vehicles. - Communicate job status updates to customers and provide clear explanations of work performed. - Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. - Upsell recommended services, packages, and EV-related accessories where appropriate. - Conduct final vehicle checks before delivery to customers. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up in a professional manner. - Maintain service records, ensure proper documentation, and comply with warranty claim procedures for EV models. Requirements: - Proven experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role within the automotive industry (EV experience preferred). - Strong interest or experience in electric vehicles and EV technology. - Familiarity with smart and e.MAS vehicles is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Basic technical knowledge of EV systems (battery, charging systems, motor, etc.). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus. - Possess a valid driver’s license.
