Job description 1. Involved in the design, specifications, and execution of projects; 2. Evaluate construction projects and determine the best engineering method or practice to accomplish the job; 3. Establish an estimated cost and what tools and technologies are appropriate for the job as well as a timeframe for the work to be completed; 4. Supervising construction staff, ensure staff are properly trained in the use of all equipment, that all staff have access to and use any safety gear and that the team is reaching the required milestones; 5. Evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solutions. 6. To assist and managing quality and supervision activities at site, including Safety, Health and Environmental in related to civil and structural scopes; 7. To check all the construction drawing (civil and structure) on any changes, discrepancies and interfaces with other discipline; 8. To assist registration of drawing, material approval, method of statements and all technical documents; 9. To attend meetings or discussion related to the Civil and Structures works.
