Freight Forwarding Manager-Melaka

Roles & Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the entire operations team, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and in a timely manner. - Oversee the daily operations of import and export activities to ensure the smooth running of business. - Manage and respond to customer inquiries, orders and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Manage Import and Export procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. - Track job progress and coordinate with all related departments to ensure the job completion. - Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of all shipments - Provide regular updates and status reports to management. - Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency - Maintain accurate records and data entry in our logistics management systems Requirement: - Knowledge in Forwarding Industry. - Willing to travel as and when needed
