Job Description: • Major Responsibilities include strategy development based on deep market insight and alignment where appropriate with HQ strategies; managing P&L and delivering sales, marketing and profitability objectives. • Building the organization capability (people, process, technology) in the markets to accelerate and sustain growth; motivating and inspiring a team to deliver results for the short- and long-term. • Implementing a compliance and integrity framework fully aligned with companyhigh standards for quality, compliance and accountability. • Develop and execute project strategies in alignment with company objectives. • Lead project teams to drive feasibility studies and supplier evaluations. • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for new projects. • To assures timely and efficient production of all products at minimum unit cost, consistent quality, with effective utilization of human and physical resources with established quality standards. Accountable for production OEE, quality and yield. Requirements: • 10-15+ years business experience with demonstrated track record of success in building and executing growth plans. • Strong evidence of Organization Capability-Building and People Leadership Skills to develop functional excellence, engage and inspire people and teams and develop a pipeline of talent; create a culture to deliver high business performance. • Multi-functional experience in more than one commercial-oriented discipline (sales, marketing, finance, key account management, supply chain, team leadership) is required. • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Knowledge in finance, legal, and cost control aspects of manufacturing projects. • Ability to travel frequently as required.
