We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.​

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role.​
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.​
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.​
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, QuickBooks) is a plus.​
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.​
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.​
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.​
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.​
