  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Location:

  • Sentul (office is located within walking distance to LRT Sentul/ LRT Sentul Timur)

    Working Hours:

    • Monday to Friday with the option to choose either a morning or afternoon shift (4 hours per day)
    • Morning shift (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
    • Afternoon shift (1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

      Requirements:

      • Able to work independently
      • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Pioer experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not necessary
