  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Master preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles (5+years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
