- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Master preferred).
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles (5+years preferred).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
