Functional (job responsibilities)
1) Develop and manage on-going Customer communications that will drive awareness of HLB Connect and digital services + features and sustain user engagement
2) Develop, launch and manage marketing campaigns / initiatives that will:
o drive digital acquisition for HLB Connect
o drive user engagement (usage of services and features in HLB Connect)

The above functions will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
  • Write proposal and business paper to recommend and seek approval for marketing campaign and initiatives.
  • Works with AEM and UIUX team to ensure the user experience and journey for Connect user onboarding, product acquisition and Connect transaction is optimal for customers.
  • Ensure digital journey for existing and new services/features are tagged with Adobe and/ or Google Analytics tagging to ensure the team is able to track and monitor performance and make decisions on enhancement/ fixes required to improve experience or onboarding/acquisition efforts.
  • Track, monitor and ensure performance and targets are achieved as per set KRA.
  • Work with manager, Data Analytics team and junior team members to prepare performance updates & reports for marketing & acquisition activities.
  • Work with different stakeholders and teams including but not limited to Branches, Product teams, product supports and development team, UIUX team, IT, Group marketing, etc. in the bank to get their support in driving KRA targets
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to perform necessary market research to gain insights that will help the bank identify opportunities and gain a better understanding of customer needs as well as understanding of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses that will help the bank develop winning initiatives / offers / products / services.
