***Mandarin Speaker is compulsory 1. Entering order list information into the company database. 2. Issue sales orders when receiving orders from the sales team. 3. Coordinating and scheduling delivery planning with the warehouse coordinator. 4. Update sales details and delivery planning into the company database. 5. Failing customer purchase order, delivery order, sales invoice etc. 6. Mail out the customer invoice, statement & official receipt to the customer. 7. Prepare a sales agenda and stock list for the sales team. 8. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly and yearly sales achievement reports. 9. Prepare a customer commission claim document. 10. Debtor ageing report shared with the sales team. 11. Issue the salesman commission. 12. Issue the quotation for customers when required. 13. Record the meeting minutes and keep a file. 14. Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides, brochures, samples, forms etc. 15. Prepare a memo of promotion for our customer. 16. Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products. 17. Completed any ad-hoc task assigned by Management/Supervisor/Head of Department. 18. Job responsibilities change from time to time according to organization requirements.
