PROJECT EXECUTIVE (JUNIOR / SENIOR)

Key Responsibilities: • Daily Farm Operations Support: a. Assisting in overseeing agricultural activities such as planting, harvesting, and irrigation & etc. b. Coordinating with farm workers and providing direction on tasks. c. Maintaining records related to crop yields, overall farm operations, and farm resources. • Administrative Duties: a. Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. b. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. c. Coordinating travel arrangements for Top Management and other staff if needed. • Communication and Liaison: a. Acting as a liaison between the Top Management and various departments or stakeholders. b. Attending meetings with Top Management, taking notes, and following up on action items. c. Communicating Top Management’s instructions to the farm team and ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently. • Project Management: a. Assisting the Top Management in planning and executing farm-related projects. b. Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to the Top Management. c. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Financial Management: a. Assisting with budget preparation and tracking farm expenses. b. Maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts. c. Handling petty cash and expense reimbursements. • Inventory and Supply Management: a. Managing inventory of farm supplies, equipment, and materials. b. Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery of necessary items. • Health and Safety Compliance: a. Assisting in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations on the farm. b. Conducting safety training for farm workers if required. • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: a. Addressing day-to-day challenges that arise in farm operations. b. Identifying solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. • Marketing & Sales: a. Assisting in marketing & sales activity as per instructed by Top Management.
