Job Description: 1. Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers/vendors for FMCG, groceries and retail products. 2. Negotiate pricing/terms/ contracts and manage procurement budgets to achieve cost-effective purchasing. 3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts. 4. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and store operation teams for smooth procurement processes. 5. Monitor stock returns to vendors and ensure the collection of Credit Notes (CN) from vendors. 6. Conduct market research and supplier performance analysis to optimize purchasing strategies. 7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and deliveries. 8. Resolve any supply chain or delivery issues promptly. 9. Undertake any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management, or related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in retail/FMCG • Strong negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills. • Proficient in procurement software, Microsoft Office and basic google tools usage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
