PRINCIPAL

Responsible for all operational aspect including daily center operation, customer service, human resource, administration and sale in accordance with the company objective, mission and vision.  Facilitating and teaching the learners in the programmed offered by the centre. CME need to be competent on the program offer as you need to be able to train and give on the job training for new teacher and able to be a replacement teacher if there is a short manpower in the centre.  To engender an excellent learning environment meeting the needs of the children, parent and employee. Comply with Genius Aulad program, syllabus, education S.O.P and Genius Aulad S.O.P.  Provide a warm and happy atmosphere for learning process and enhance child development.  Ensure the safety of the children such as monitoring children in the classroom or in the other part of the school or beyond classroom session.  Facilitating the need and requirement of other programs offer by the centre example Beyond preschool program, little Qari and other.  Ensuring all program run smoothly as per GA takwim such as preparation of report card and other meet up with parent.  Marketing and promotion such as responsible in planning and marketing activities, distribution of flyers, hanging banner and bunting, participate in exhibition, answering inquiries and others  Event management such as organizing sport day, graduation day, Student Parent Activity, preparing custom and coaching children for an event example graduation day.
