Technician (Kuala Lumpur)

Job Purpose & Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform operational, planned preventive maintenance (PPM ) tasks, condition-based maintenance regimes and building fabric maintenance in accordance with written orders. 2. Perform corrective work on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, as instructed in accordance with written orders. 3. Attend to customers’ service requests within service level agreement timeframe. 4. Host, supervise and monitor contractors and building management personnel performing maintenance work, repairs, installations, construction and soft services at the facility to ensure safety and quality standards are met. 5. Carry out plant inspection and audits to ensure compliance and appropriate standards. 6. Risk evaluation, plant, procedures, and personnel. 7. Manage site logs and activity logs. 8. Report changes requests and “out of line” incidents or requests for project work to Project Engineer 9. Assist in the implementation of quality assurance, energy conservation, environmental health and safety programmes by OCS and customer. 10.
